The first draft idea of my magazine cover designates the colour scheme of orange and black, alongside the classic black and white photo. I think this captures the whole Indie pop genre I was trying to achieve as it associates itself with the general idea of a classic vintage look which indie bands go for, and I have tried to encapsulate this through my choice of photography.
In terms of layout, it works well. Also this is an interesting colour scheme. We will look at the use of font types (composition, colour, sizes, etc)
